Our Missions Statement (as adopted at the 2010 AGM) is:
The CHA is a broadly based Haliburton Coalition drawing upon the collective knowledge and strength of its member associations to create synergy through sharing Best Practices, effectively studying common issues, developing common solutions, recommending County wide policies, and influencing outcomes. Member lake associations remain autonomous.
Our primary roles are:
- improve communication among member associations
- support and strengthen member associations
- create synergy, by sharing resources and learning from each other
- work on projects that are too big for one member association - as long as the project is
- approved in advance by the board
- not in the mandate of another organization
